Scarlett Kinley
SCARLETT KINLEY, D.P.M. PODIATRIC PHYSICIAN & SURGEON
Dr. Kinley is from Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. She fell in love with the state of Florida when her family moved here in 1989. She has been in private practice in Clearwater since 1994 when she took over the previous practice of Dr. Scott Hale.

She attended Hood College in Frederick, Maryland, where she received her B.A. Degree in Biology and then received her D.P.M. Degree (Doctor of Podiatric Medicine) at the College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa which is part of Des Moines University, a D.O. Medical School. Dr. Kinley then completed a two-year surgical residency at St. Johns Hospital-Macomb Center in Mt. Clemens, Michigan in which her specialty was reconstructive surgery and trauma of the foot and ankle. 

Dr. Kinley is board certified through the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ABFAS), a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS), a member of the National Podiatric Association (APMA), the Florida Podiatric Association (FPMA) and the Pinellas County Podiatry Society (PPMA).
Community Involvement includes: Board Member of Advocare Trust (An advocate and Guardianship Organization for persons with developmental disabilities) and is a long-term supporter of the Special Olympics. Dr. Kinley is also a loyal supporter of the SPCA and Humane Society.

Dr. Kinley is on staff at Morton Plant Hospital and Morton Plant Rehabilitation Center.

She is a fanatical Rays fan, as evidenced by her ball-fetching dog being named "Longo". She enjoys golf, travel, her family, and working outdoors around her home.
